Food Heroes Podcast publishes interviews twice a month with a variety of change-makers working in the food industry. As part of the content, the podcast needs show notes for each episode. In addition to transcribing episodes for show notes, I also write articles as a guest contributor.

Expat Republic provides a variety of information relevant to internationals living in the Netherlands. I research and write about a range of topics, from laundry services to language classes.
Copy writing: Language Trainers
Language Trainers needed copy writers familiar with SEO writing to create descriptions for their programs. The text explained why local residents should learn a particular language, and it needed to be tailored to each location. I wrote multiple pieces for their Australian, American, and British programs.
Copy writing: Power Rack Pro
Power Rack Pro reviews products for a range of weightlifting equipment, and participates in an Amazon affiliate advertising program. I research and write about different products to help customers make informed decisions.
Copy writing and Marketing: International Women’s Networking Group Rotterdam
I joined the International Women’s Networking Group (IWNG) Rotterdam for both social and professional purposes. I soon became involved with event organization, and eventually took on the role of establishing the Welcome Committee. In addition to coordinating programming, I also write for the website and assist with the social marketing strategy.
Graphic and Web Design: SmartSolve
SmartSolve LLC connects businesses with government contracts. As a new company, they needed a logo that communicated professionalism, yet still expressed a piece of the owner’s personality. In addition to designing the logo, I also set up the initial GoDaddy GoCentral website builder.
Graphic and Web Design: DTV Daniel Television
DTV Daniel Television is a video blog highlighting travel through local business, food, attractions, music, culture, nightlife, and experiences. With this concept, I created this logo, adding the tag line “Go. Pause. YOLO!”, which I felt incorporated his personality into the design. After launching his YouTube channel and social media, DTV asked me to build the website as well.
Marketing: Doux South
As the company grew, Doux South’s marketing efforts fell behind as resources were allocated elsewhere. I designed a marketing strategy to reinvigorate the brand’s community, promote their new products, and encourage engagement with both retail and wholesale customers. I continue to manage the strategy’s execution in an effort to increase product sales and increase brand presence online.
