How It Works
First, we have a 30-minute discovery call to see if we're a good fit. This helps me understand your business goals, your target audience, and your mission. It also gives you a chance to get to know me and ask any questions about the process.
If we decide to work together, I send a proposal outlining my services for you. Once you agree, we can schedule an additional call to dive deeper into your mission and objectives.
After that, you share your documents with me. I'll read through the materials and draft a comprehensive report with feedback on multiple aspects of the writing, including:
- tone of voice (does it sound like your brand?)
- consistency (does it match other messaging from your business?)
- clarity (is it easy to read?)
- flow (does all the information connect?)
Based on this information and our phone call, I'll also draft any new materials that need to be created.
After I send the new and revised files to you, we can jump on a call to review the report together. We discuss the changes that need to be made in order to make your words shine.
Then I make the edits and send you the updated files!
